Even with a metal detector, we can't find something if you dont know roughly where it went missing. For the best chance of success, we need to have an idea of where you were and what you were doing when it happened.
Find a landmark to reference. Take note of distances and depths, time of day, and anything else that may help us narrow down the search area. Pin drops are always king! Drop a pin on your map while you are in the location you believe you lost your item.
